Subject :Bike energy depots - where and how.. 2010-07-15 10:26:19

Does anyone know how the energy depots will work on the Bike course?
  1. Where will depot stations be located?
  2. Will bottles be refilled ot replaced?
  3. What concentration will the energydrink have?
  4. Will all types of High5 energy bars and gels be available?

Hope you're all as excited as I am. Looking forward to see you all for a lifetime experience

1. Der er 3. Aid Stations på cykelruten: Skovshoved havn, Humlebæk, Geels bakke (2010-06-03)
2. Den kender jeg ikke svaret til, men forventer det er replaced. Du skal dog have dine egne med fra T1.
3. Blandes af frivillige iht High5 anbefaling 9% (2010-05-26)
4. Vand, Energy bars, energy drik, alm energi gel og frugt (2010-06-16 og 2010-05-25)

Off course - here's the translation :o)

Most of your questions have already been asked and answered via the forum (the dates after the answers).

1. There's 3 Aid Stations on the bike oute: Skovshoved havn, Humlebæk, Geels bakke (2010-06-03)
2. I don't know if they replace the bottle at the aid stations or refill them, but I would expect them to replace them.
3. The High5 will be mixed by volunteers accourding to High5 recommendations (9%) (2010-05-26)
4. At the Aid Stations they'll serve; water, energy drink, energy bars, energy gels (not +) and fruit (2010-06-16 og 2010-05-25)

Are you sure that there will be fruit at the bike aid stations ?? the information letter did not mention this.... I really hope you are right as I need bananas <3 <3

Hi Emaa,

My post was before the Athletes Guide and was based on past replies from CC.

The Athletes Guide doesn't mention fruit so I wouldn't count on it.

TIP. You are mentioning Skovshoved havn as a Aid station, but acording to the athleet guide they say Bellevuestrand. Any one knows where precise it would be?
