Greatest moment in triathlon -
My first training camp with the Danish Triathlon Federation on the island of Mallorca, in spring 2008. I was new to triathlon, and training with athletes like Torbjørn Sindballe and Rasmus Henning really opened my eyes to the great world of triathlon.
Four weeks after the camp I qualifyed to the Danish national teamfor the 2008 ITU world championships and finished 11th in Lisboa half-distance ironman.
At the 2008 ITU world championships I finished 3rd, after posting the fastest bikesplit of the day, and beginning the run with a 6 minut lead. And that only happened because of the spring camp in Mallorca.

Thoughts about Challenge Copenhagen -
I really look forward to having my debut on the iron-distance in my own country, on a spectacular course in Copenhagen. I´m sure the organizers will put together a tremendous event on august 15.
