When signing up for KMD Challenge Copenhagen 2012 you have the possibility to purchase a cancellation insurance. The insurance work on a money back, no questions asked basis. Within 1 month the money will be at your account again, no questions asked.
We highly recommend you buying this insurance, as there will be no possibility to get your money back or transfer the sign up to anybody.
The insurance costs 250 DKK (est. 33 EUR)
The return policy only applies to the entry fee:
- Usage before April 30th - 100% return
- Usage between May 1st and July 14th - 75% return
- No refund possible after July 14th

- We handle cancellations once a week
- The start fee will be back on your account in approx. 1 month from the day we handle your cancellation (please note that the processing time can vary from the type of credit card company)
- If you need to get the money transferred to another account than first informed the processing time can vary
- For all non-danish banks, please be aware that we can only transfer back the money if you provide us with your IBAN and swift-number.
