According to Torbjørns vBlog #7 on the race course, you are going to start your run headed towards Fisketorvet. That also means an aid station is coming just after exitting T2 almost immediately followed by the hot spot close to the finish in Slotsholmsgade where you will be able to look longingly at the finish line.
