Hi Challenge,

I've got another question regarding the swim course. Sorry if it's on the website but I couldn't see the answer anywhere. Am I correct in thinking that the swim is one lap? If it is more than one lap then do we have to come out of the water to start the 2nd lap or just carry on swimming?
