Since you write "we" in your first post, I am presuming that the 1-bedded room is out of the question (but even if my presumption is incorrect, below links could be useful).

Via the DanHostel link I can see that the closest hostel, "DanHostel Copenhagen Amager", is DKK420,- per night both for a 1-bedded and for a 2-bedded room. And if you are fine with just a bed in a multi-person room, it would be even cheaper.
With online-booking offer, you can get a 2-bedded room from 13.08.2010-17.08.2010 for DKK 1280,- .

I do not think you should expect to find many cheaper offerings in Copenhagen - Copenhagen has for several years been, and is currently, amongst the top-10 most expensive cities in the world :(
