What kind of coaching do you offer?

Multicoach offers personal training advice and coaching. The training plans are tailored to your goals and desires, and you will be coached and guided during a course by one of our personal trainers. Multicoach also offers personal training plans without a interaction with a coach. With our virtual coach, you can get a personal plan prepared based on a series of questions about object, training background and desires for training.

What is your training philosophy?

Our training philosophy is to always have the athlete's physiological profile as a starting point in order to adapt to the training. We recommend that the athlete begin with a training test, which can analyze the athlete's physical profile and the person's strengths and weaknesses in relation to the goal. From this we tailor the athlete's training plan. There is no specific type of training that works for all therefore we aim at individual solutions based on the test data.

What do you think is fascinating about an Iron-distance triathlon?

Iron-distance triathlon is a great personal challenge for everyone. The distance requires that you are strong both physically and mentally and you will have many small battles with yourself in order to get to the goal. Besides the personal challenge, an iron-distance race has a very special atmosphere, everyone who crosses the finish line is winners and many of the competitors feel like being a part of something bigger.

What is your athletic background?

I have been doing elite triathlon from 1993-2006. I`ve been on the Danish long-distance team from 2003-2006 and helped the team win silver and gold at the European championships .

Greatest personal triumph is the victory of the world's toughest iron-distance triathlon Norseman in 2006, victory in Ostseeman in 2002 and seven placed at EmbrunMan in 2003. I've completed 11 iron-distance races. Best IM-times: swim: 50:41, cycling: 04:52:06, race: 02:56:38 and 08:51:16 overall.
