Rules & Info

  • Cycling helmets must be worn by all Junior triathletes and be buckled up before they mount their bike and only be taken of once the contestants are inside the transition area again and dismounted their bikes.
    • All kinds of bicycles are allowed (mountainbike, city bike, bmx) If in doubt please contact us. Only requirement is properly working brakes.
    • Swimmingcap will be given at registration along with your race number, The race number shall be visible at all times during the race on both yourself and your bike.
    • The transition area and finish line is at Amager beachpark where Challenge Copenhagen has its first transition area (T1) for the iron-distance event the day after.
    • When the Juniors have crossed the finish line there will be an area specifically for the Junior triathletes and their friends and family so they quickly can find eachother after the race.

    Things to bring on race day:

    • Bicycle
    • Towel
    • Swimming costume / Trunks
    • (Swimming goggles) Optional
    • Shorts and t-shirts for the cycling and running
    • Trainers (No sandals)
