It is very important to keep yourself hydrated during a race, thats why we are placing liquids in the transition zone. This means at every transition, from swim to bike, and bike to run you can fill up on liquids and keep yourself hydrated.
After the race there will be both fruit and a light snack available for the Junior triathletes as well as the opportunity to relax in the finishline area and ofcourse meet family and friends.
